Men hva er egentlig angst og hva gj\u00f8r den? Angst er en kroppslig reaksjon som vi alle har, kan vel egentlig si at angsten har flere trinn. Vi kan skille p\u00e5<em> sunn<\/em> angst og <em>usunn<\/em> angst. Men hva er forskjellen? La oss si at du skal g\u00e5 over fotgjengerfeltet men du stopper det er nemlig ikke gr\u00f8nt lys og kroppen dier ifra til deg vent det kommer en bil fare og du kan nemlig bli p\u00e5kj\u00f8rt, dette er det man kaller <em>sunn<\/em> angst,uten den hadde det blitt farlig \u00e5 g\u00e5 over fotgjengerfeltet.<em> Usunn<\/em> angst er n\u00e5r den tar over det hverdagslige og kroppen sier ifra at det er fare n\u00e5r man veit at det egentlig er urasjonell frykt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man kan ogs\u00e5 se p\u00e5 det slik: du har en djevel med h\u00f8yfgaffel p\u00e5 h\u00f8yre skulder som sier stopp ikke gj\u00f8r det, fare. Dette er den som gj\u00f8r at du vil l\u00f8pe andre veien, den som setter i gang prosessen i kroppen der du begynner \u00e5 svette, skjelve, f\u00e5r hjertebank, magen sl\u00e5r seg i vrangl\u00e5s og du har nok med \u00e5 takle symptomene p\u00e5 at kroppen gj\u00f8r seg klar for \u00e5 l\u00f8pe andre veien. S\u00e5 har du den venstre skulderen der det er en djevel med englevinger, som innerst inne veit at det ikke er noen fare, men kroppen vil allikevel ikke, kroppen stritter i mot. Det man m\u00e5 huske p\u00e5 er at angst ikke er farlig. Det er en urasjonell reaksjon, og ubehagelig reaksjon, men ikke farlig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angst kan utl\u00f8ses av forskjellige ting. Stress,\u00e5 v\u00e6re sliten over tid,prestasjoner man gruer seg til mm. Oppi alt er det viktig \u00e5 huske p\u00e5 at det finnes gode behandlinger mot angst, men noen r\u00e5d fra meg til deg er: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ikke bli liggende i senga med tankekj\u00f8ret, st\u00e5 opp og ta deg en dusj (ja jeg veit det er enklere sagt enn gjort).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e5 i deg mat selv om det bare er lite, angst tapper kroppen for mye energi og trenger n\u00e6ring selv om det kun er en yoghurt eller halv br\u00f8dskive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta et ark og skriv ned tanker for \u00e5 t\u00f8mme hodet, legg bort arket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv om det kan f\u00f8les ut som et stort steg, fortell noen om angsten. Ta for eks en telefon til en godt betrodd venn, familie eller fastlegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er ingen hokuspokus \u00e5 behandle angst, men flere sm\u00e5 steg som kan virke store kan hjelpe mer enn du tror. S\u00e5 er det slik at den ene lille tingen som kroppen kanskje forteller deg er farlig, n\u00e5r du gjennomf\u00f8rer, vil det steg for steg bli bedre. I tillegg er det viktig \u00e5 nevne at rutiner, og det \u00e5 holde p\u00e5 de kan v\u00e6re til hjelp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"mh-related-posts alignfull alignfull
