Eva Hove \u00f8nskte velkommen og tok fram at vi skal vere budde p\u00e5 kriser ved \u00e5 ha kriselager med m.a. drikke og vatn. Kanskje b\u00f8r vi ogs\u00e5 ha eit kriselager for v\u00e5r mentale helse for livet byr p\u00e5 utfordringar. Det kan vere einsemd og utanforskap. Ingen g\u00e5r gjennom livet utan s\u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psykolog og historieforteljar Hilde Johanne Aasfoss var kveldens foredragshaldar. Ho tok fram at vi treng eit psykisk beredskapsskrin. Innhaldet kan vere ulikt for oss fordi vi er forskjellige. Psykisk beredskap er \u00e5 f\u00e5 ei indre kraft til \u00e5 st\u00e5 st\u00f8tt n\u00e5r ein m\u00f8ter motgang. Ho brukte livets tre, Yggdrasil, som symbol p\u00e5 den psykiske helsa. Med djupe r\u00f8ter st\u00e5r treet st\u00f8tt i stormen. R\u00f8tene m\u00e5 passast p\u00e5. Vi m\u00e5 styrke r\u00f8tene v\u00e5re. Ei viktig rot er \u00e5 h\u00f8yre til og fellesskap. Tilh\u00f8yrsle er noko av det viktigaste for psykisk helse. Ho tok fram at det er viktig med n\u00e6re vennskap, og nemnde at ein av fem nordmenn kjenner seg einsame og ein av fire ungdommar har ikkje nokon \u00e5 snakke med n\u00e5r dei har det vanskeleg.  Glede og leik er god n\u00e6ring for r\u00f8tene. Kjensla av \u00e5 meistre livet er viktig for den psykiske helsa. Vi m\u00e5 tileigne oss kunnskap om psykiske helse slik at vi har verkty n\u00e5r det stormar i livet.  Beste tipset for \u00e5 roe ned stress, er \u00e5 puste. Puste inn medan ein tel til fire og puste ut medan ein tel til seks.
