Risikoen for \u00e5 falle aukar med alderen. Fallprosenten er 50 for dei over 80 \u00e5r. Konsekvensane av fall kan vere brot og\/eller redusert livskvalitet. S\u00e5leis bestemte vi oss for \u00e5 ha trening av balanse og f\u00f8rebygging av fall som tema p\u00e5 \u00e5rets f\u00f8rste m\u00f8te. Vi fekk fysioterapeut \u00d8yvind Sundnes hit for \u00e5 snakke temaet.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trening-og-balanse\">Trening og balanse<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Han fortalde at det er mange definasjonar p\u00e5 balanse og her vert ein av dei sitert: &laquo;Evna til \u00e5 oppretthalde ei stabil, oppreist stilling og \u00e5 bevege seg utan \u00e5 falle.&raquo; Vidare var han innom kva som p\u00e5virkar balansen, og det er mange ulike \u00e5rsaker til redusert balanse. Det kan vere syn, indre \u00f8yre og nervendar i musklar og ledd som sender signal til hjernen samt stress, utbrentheit, angst og livsstil. Sneglehuset som ligg inne i \u00f8yret har buegangar fylt av v\u00e6ske og samling av krystallar som kan losne og vandre rundt i gangane og sende signal til hjernen. Ein vert svimmel. Det er stilt sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l om det er samanheng mellom beinskj\u00f8rheit og krystallsjuke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Han nemde postural balanse som handlar om kroppen si evne til \u00e5 halde seg oppreist og stabil i rommet. Det er avgjerande for alle bevegelsane. Balanse og h\u00f8rsel heng i hop. Ved nedsett h\u00f8rsel er det viktig \u00e5 bruke h\u00f8yreapparat. HUNT-studien syner at nedsett h\u00f8yrsel f\u00f8rer til mindre fysisk aktivitet. Fysisk aktivitet er viktig for balansen. \u00d8yvind sa at at svimle knytta til utbrentheit er ei \u00e5tvaring n\u00e5r stresset begynner \u00e5 p\u00e5virke den fysiske helsa og nemde nokre meistringsstrategiar: Djuppust\u00f8vingar, mindfullness og avslapningsteknikkar. Elles b\u00f8r ein unng\u00e5 triggarar som vekkjer streke reaksjonar. orienterte om laget og kva dei driv med.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etterp\u00e5 framf\u00f8rte han til glede for oss fleire varierte melodiar p\u00e5 munnspel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f8tet var
