Til slutt snakket leder i Mental Helse Vestland, Jan Tore Gjerde, om \u00e5rets julekampanje til inntekt for Hjelpetelefonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox wp-block-t2-factbox\" id=\"t2-factbox-2\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox__blocks t2-factbox__inner-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-arets-julekule-nbsp-sammen-i-morket-et-lys-i-natten\">\u00c5rets julekule:&nbsp;<em>Sammen i m\u00f8rket. Et lys i natten<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Julen forsterker f\u00f8lelsene \u2013 det gode blir bedre, men det vonde blir verre. Mange gruer seg, savner noen eller er alene i h\u00f8ytiden. Flere ganger m\u00e5 vi kontakte politiet for \u00e5 avverge akutte selvmordsfors\u00f8k. N\u00e5r det st\u00e5r om liv er det helt avgj\u00f8rende \u00e5 komme gjennom. Likevel klarer vi bare \u00e5 svare p\u00e5 40 % av alle henvendelser. I julen blir k\u00f8en enda lengre \u2013 forrige jul fikk vi over 8700 henvendelser fra 23. desember til 1. januar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u00e5 kunne v\u00e6re der for flere, har vi lansert \u00e5rets julekule:&nbsp;<em>\u201cSammen i m\u00f8rket. Et lys i natten\u201d<\/em>. Den er designet av kunstner&nbsp;<strong>Hanne Berkaak<\/strong>, og symboliserer fellesskap, tilh\u00f8righet og h\u00e5p \u2013 lyset som bryter gjennom m\u00f8rket n\u00e5r alt f\u00f8les tungt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hver solgte kule gir oss mulighet til \u00e5 besvare \u00e9n ekstra samtale i julen. \u00c9n ekstra sjanse til \u00e5 v\u00e6re der n\u00e5r noen f\u00f8ler seg helt alene. \u00c9n ekstra sjanse til \u00e5 redde liv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r alt annet stenger, er vi bare noen tastetrykk unna.
